I always start feeling really anxious out of nowhere while I don’t have a reason to feel anxious. Why does my body keep doing this? Can there be an underlying thing going on or is it just what anxiety is?
Maybe try vitamins. If we’re deficient it can cause that feeling in our body.
Im having trouble sleeping and waking up in a state of panic. I thought it was my anxiety but it was feeling to random and I would I feel it the most before bed. Turns out I’m deficient in vitamin D and iron.
You can request blood work with your doctor to figure out if your deficient and look for other possible reasons.
