Was recently diagnosed with anxiety.

I had an anxiety attack thinking it was a heart attack. I Went to the hospital and got diagnosed with anxiety. I frequently get chest pains and doc said it was caused by anxiety. really don't understand how it works and how to control it. Arguing in the household set it off I think.
