I have health anxiety and have to go to the doctor’s tomorrow morning. I have a therapist who helps me decide whether or not to get checked out, and I’ve been able to go every few months now instead of every few weeks. I have some ongoing health issues, so getting a straight answer and cure is not an option. I’m trying really hard to live with this, but it does wear me down and I have an 8 hour shift right after the appointment that I can’t miss because I already called out this week due to a panic attack. Any tips for getting through the day? I’ve been in bed crying all day because I’m tired of living like this.
