So 2 friends gave me an intervention for my recovery from GAD is too slow. I'm already doing my best with exposure therapy, double-checked w my psychiatrist n therapist that my recovery speed is ok. do yall experienced this too?

rant: everything is easier now due to having chatgpt or other llms by your side for you to ask questions u need help with. BUT my anxiety disorder(triggered by work and learning) is still acting up, full on fight or flight breathlessness. its so annoying
