I have verbal n physical anxious tics which i can't hide so i have to explain that i have anxiety disorder to new ppl i meet. Most of them ghost. How do u make frens if u r like this?

Socialising is helpful for my recovery. Im at the age where frens are busy with starting a family which is understandable. Im still in recovery period n cant work full time. i can only work a few hours a day which is what im currently doing so my life is kinda stuck. I've been making friends n hanging with other mentally ill ppl in my country so far. Its quite a limited amount n those that r comfortable to hang is even lesser. Cant really reach out to normal ppl after my experiences. Kinda lonely n dont want my recovered dormant depression to relaspe due to the loneliness. Recovery is slow n this is the max speed i can go n what my psychiatrist allows or else it will just deprove instead of improve. So what will u guys do in my shoes?
