Well off hand, I would have checked prior to going, but let's say in this scenario you are bar hopping. Then when entering you might find that asking someone would be the best course of action. If it Isn't your dig you can always go, but as a heterosexual male I tend to dress in tight leather and talk like Buddy from Kids In The Hall in those tough times when splurging on alcohol isn't the brightest idea.
I usually come out drunk and have made a few new friends in the process whom I never call afterwards, not for anything but just the forgetfulness that is a nature of mine.
