I’m 29 years old- 5’9 and been 221-223 lbs almost all year. I work out everyday - I don’t have a six pack but I would say I’m in pretty good shape and k eat pretty healthy but I think the reason i am NOT loosing weight is bc my fat intake is too high. Below is what I normally eat in a day (this mostly includes fasting)
What do you recommend I cut down on?
Breakfast
3-4 pasteurized eggs (fats NA - I’m sure over double digits)
- 2 grass fed small links (links have around 15 grams of fat)
Cook with butter - 1-2 tablespoons (10-20gs fat)
1 cup 8-10oz of raw milk (10-15g of fat)
Lunch
Protein smoothie- protein powder- raw milk- frozen organic fruit- raw honey
Or sometimes half a pound of ground beef with fruit
Dinner - steak/ sirloin/ ground beef (I’ll sometimes will add 1-2 eggs) with jalapeños and a glass 10-12 fresh press juice. With maybe 2-3 table spoons of butter . (Maybe 40-50 grams all together of fat depending on the steak I eat ?)
Any tips advice would be appreciated- I’m close to adding chicken back to my diet since it has less fats -
I feel great but I want to lose weight .
