I fasted today- had a good ass workout and I was able to add some cardio in the treadmill. Once I came home (1pm) I whipped up my first meal of the day. 3 eggs- grass ground beef - and this is where I fucked up. My neighbor gave me 3 enchiladas - so I threw them in there. It’s currently 3:20 and I’m bloated and I’ve been burping- I’ve had a good week too. Started at 223 on Monday now I’m at 220. I’m also hitting hot worx in an hour (cycling in the infuriated Sauna - then hot yoga) - should I avoid all carbs for the rest of the day? I have a sirloin steak thawing out. Should I still drink my protein smoothie (frozen fruit honey, protein powder) or take the L for the day so my gut can heal.
