I'm switching from mostly 19:5 to ADF. This roller coaster of weight gain/weight loss has me discombobulated. Is this quite normal?

i find whole-day fasts much easier to confront/endure. There's gonna be zero eating today. Period. See you tomorrow, food. Erases the whole question of what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat, etc.
