well as the tittle says, iยดm planning to do that regime because i think is ideal for me :
9pm sunday to tuesday 9am -------- 36 hour fasting
12 hour window eating --2000 calories
9 pm tuesday to thursday 9 am------- 36 hour fasting
12 hour window eating -- 2000 calories
thursday 9pm to saturday 9 am-------- 36 hour fasting
12 hour window eating --- 2000 calories
108 hours of fasting per week
i was thinking do 1500 calorie during windows eating but it may be too low, what do you think?.
do a slow pacing walk of 3 to 5 km from monday to friday and base my diet on this foods:
-eggs -almonds -blueberries -chicken breast -tuna -rice -avocado -olive oil -brocoli -black chocolate -potatoes -black beans -tomato -oatmeal -yogurt -integral bread -noodles - 2 L of watter everyday
i tested myself how far i can fast and reached 82 hours(almost no hunger excepting a little at night(anxiety ) , and i figured out 18:6 20:4 and other day protocols doesnt work for me, i just think all day of that food window of eating.
I also wonder if it would be more worthwhile doing a 60 hour fasting(thinking about health benefits as well as faster weight loss) an another 36 hour one:
sunday 9pm to 9 am wednesday ------- 60 hour fasting
12 hour window eating ----- 2000 calories
wednesday 9pm to friday 9 am -------- 36 hour fasting
60 hour window eating ----- 4000 calories
96 hours of fasting per week
what do you think? would be also beneficial eat low carb from monday to friday to keep a ketosis state during those days? (probably will be eating alot of carbs on weekends)
im a 23 years old male, 89 kilos(down from 92 during that 2 weeks of fasting testing) and my goal is to reach 70 kilos

I've been doing this for four weeks and have lost 3 lbs per week. I try to eat 2,000 calories on eating days. I do low-carb/high-protein on tuesday and thurs and then anything goes on the weekend. This fits my lifestyle. Mondays, Weds and Fridays I wake up knowing that I won't be eating.
