Post Body

so I have had a lot of success in the past with extended fast and a short stint of alternate day fasting even though it was 6 weeks and inconsistent. Like a lot of people i like fasting because it easier to eat nothing than to eat small amounts and track everything

one of the things that isn't talked about much is how/ what to do to prevent fresh food waste, this is one of the biggest barriers to continuing an alternate day fasting routing for me. Watching perishable foods going bad before my eyes in the middle of a fast sucks, a few times i have ended my fast early so i wouldn't have to throw away avocados...I eat a lot of perishables (fruit and vegetables, avocados ect) and (no i won't eat low carb or keto) I just want to know what do you guys do. (I did 36hr or- 2hrs with nothing but coffee or tea on the fasting days)
