Does anyone else experience horrible acid reflux / heartburn.

I do 44/4 ADF and have been experiencing some heavy acid reflux/heartburn. For the past 12 hours, it has been especially prevalent. Usually it goes away when I drink some water, but it's not dying now. I haven't been eating the healthiest(lot's of fried foods and burgers chips), so I'm thinking it has something to do with that. Any thoughts?
Edit: As of 8/30/21 I woke up without acid reflux. I stopped taking vitamin d3 and I guess that was the cause.
