So when you lose the weight you are wanting to, can you continue eating this way forever? And if so how? I love not having to worry about cooking every other day. But I’m worried that it won’t be sustainable once I’m at my goal weight because I’m dropping weight FAST and I eat a lot on feast days. Do you have to go back to eating every day again to maintain a healthy weight?
Also how do you go about eating at family functions or on trips? For example, my family reunion is two days long and my family would think something was wrong with me if I didn’t eat anything one of those days. They don’t understand this way of eating at all. Is it okay to eat two days in a row and then just go back to eating every other day?
