Iβve been doing 16:8 a few years, some longer fasts thrown in (around 36hrs). Iβm considering transitioning to ADF. Does anyone do ADF heβs revert to old habits of shorter fasts when needed? I love flexibility but need more results.
Also- how is ADF different than rolling 36s? Thanks so much! I love seeing the progress here! π
Yes. I do 36-40 hours from Sunday night at 9 pm to Tuesday morning at 9 am or maybe till 12 noon or 1 pm. I eat light on Tuesday, maybe 1,200 calories, low fat high protein. Then 18:6 or 20:4 from Weds to Saturday. Off on Sunday. Monday is the only day I don't eat.
