I'm tired of being by myself for the last 2 1/2 years, so I thought I'd see if Reddit could help me out. I've been separated and now divorced since before the Corona hit. So, that hasn't helped me meet people. Further, I've only been where I'm at now (central KY) for about a year and a half. I've tried online to meet someone with little success. I am craving companionship like you wouldn't believe. I have plenty of time now, so going to try again.

I'm well educated and employed, not super rich, but I do for myself. I miss having someone to talk and share about the day. I miss getting that text to check on me... and I miss checking in on someone to let them know I'm thinking of them. I miss the closeness... the intimacy (both physical and emotional)... but I'm not looking necessarily to get married again. For now, looking for a good friend that may turn into more, a FWB, if you will. I miss the touch and the passion. And if it goes into something serious, that works for me. Looking for someone to call mine.

I watch sports to pass the evening time, bleeding Black and Gold in Football, Hockey and Baseball. When there's no game on, I have found lots to watch on Netflix and Prime. I only watch a few things on networks now, as there's not a lot that interests me. I used to watch news a lot, but that only depresses or upsets me now.

I love to travel, but right now, there's not many places that interest me, probably because I don't have someone to join me. I've done a lot of solo travel when younger, I've had enough of that.

I'm a BBM, 5'9". I've been told I'm a good looking man. Salt and pepper hair, I guess I look like a dad, with a dad gut. Once we make contact, will share pics, but I am not a thin buff stud by any means. The one thing I do have that's big... is a heart. (Got ya there, didn't I? LOL)

I also like to cook, especially when I have someone to cook for. My specialties are grilling and smoking meat. I have a big grill and a smoker, but I find I don't use them that much just for myself.

I lean to the right, so if you lean to the left, we probably won't get along. I guess I'm old fashioned in many ways (or at least I've been told that). I am definitely not perfect... I've made my share of mistakes.

I need a connection before I sleep with someone, so looking for an immediate hookup, as nice as it sounds, isn't really for me. I'm open to about any F, unless you are under 25 or over 60. I'm not into tattoos or piercings... discrete ones are ok, but as I said, I'm old fashioned. Oh, and I'm a boob guy. ;)
