So I'm not really looking for a sexual relationship, but more of a close friendship with affection. I guess this kind of falls under a QPR, because I want to have an emotional connection with someone that's probably a little more in depth than friendship, but not necessarily a full on romantic relationship. And not really a friends with benefits situation either. If this sounds confusing, I get it. That's why I think it may be labeled as more of a QPR. But to put things into perspective, I am married with children. I'm not trying to have a mistress or anything. Just a close friend that maybe enjoys some of the same things I do.

Things I enjoy include watching sci-fi, horror, thriller, superhero shows/movies, playing game night games (Jenga, Taboo, Uno, Scrabble, Spades, etc.), playing retro video games, dining out to eat, going for a walk/jog on a trail or at a park, or even just having in depth conversations about hopes, dreams, the universe, or life. I'm an introvert and can be a homebody, but I enjoy going to the beach, bowling, billiards, or even small road trips to not so busy or crowded destinations. I really value one-on-one or very small group interactions. In my opinion, it's just easier to really connect with people this way. I know I may seem boring to some, but I do appreciate simplicity and balance. But with that being said, I do have some hobbies that are pretty fun.

Hobbies I do include making independent short films, making music, doing photography, and even some animation. I actually have a home studio to create in. It would be really nice to find someone who might want to make short films with me, music, be a model for photography, or even do graphics for animation. I guess what I'm saying is, if you have a creative/nerdy side in any of these areas, that would definitely be a plus.

So why am I here if I'm married? Well, me and my wife get along, but we've just evolved and have different interests and tastes in certain areas. Plus, she has close friends (men and women) that she hangs out with. I have none of my own close friends. Again, I'm not looking for a sexual relationship, but we have had a poly relationship before with another woman. It was a great experience for about a year, but we just decided to just be friends. I guess we might consider something like that again one day, but it's honestly not a priority right now. I do miss having a close friend to do things with though. That's mainly why I'm here. I want to be someone's loyal close friend and vice versa. Close friendship is just so valuable to me right now. If there's any chemistry, I'd definitely want you to meet my family.

Ok. So here's some of the superficial stuff...lol I'm about 5'8", 218lbs., kind of average, but stocky build, broad shoulders, noticeable calf muscles, low cut, black hair, brown eyes, medium light brown complexion, and black American.

This is just for your knowledge, but not necessarily what you have to be or anything. Physically, I find black American or Latin American women that are slim/petite, with a welcoming smile, busty/curvy (I've always been a breasts man...lol), shorter than me, with good hygiene to be initially attractive. I think I like the friendliness and charm of women raised in the country that can appreciate the simple life. Being able to look cute, but still get your hands dirty with a DIY project is admirable. But with all of this being said, who you are as a human being and how we connect in close friendship is most important and the primary thing I'm looking for. Age wise, I guess I'm open to 28-38. If you don't exactly fall within this range, but you feel I may still connect with you, we can still chat and see if there's a possibility of something.

Lastly, I'm not religious. I just consider myself to be a good human being. I'm just hoping to find a close friend (maybe a best friend) that I can spend time with and have a long-term connection with. I would really like to work towards an IRL connection and not just online. Just for reference, I'm in the north Florida area.
