Personally, I like differences in our age/backgrounds/styles/interests and like range of looks/personalities overall, so open as to who I connect with. And so I never write the build-a-person ads since I know it's about mutual attraction, chemistry, vibe, energy and it happens person to person regardless of preferences but preferences do factor in adding to the connection too... I've equally liked women who are polar opposites to eachother... Attractive to me is a wide range not one very specific type. Whether she's 49 or 19, dark or pale, slim petite or busty curvy, a dolled up look or alternative, cute innocent or hot dirty, the quiet booknerd or the lively partygirl, I'm into many 'types'..

Note, preference for differences in backgrounds isn't race play, and enjoying age gaps isn't age play. These are not a kink per say I feel. I do often like women of colour, typically darker than my medium brown skin tone, and I like women from other races than my own. Lately I do favor thr darker features and do enjoy a large gap, someone either younger or older adds to it all... BUT, I also enjoy very light features and way paler in contrast too. The fact is I'm attracted to a wide range of attributes/looks so I am open, I enjoy range of contrasts or difference with my partner in many forms..

It's said that generally attraction is predominantly based on commonalities but I've always found the opposite to be true for me. Maybe it's ingrained from the whole opposite counterparts of kink overall Dom/sub, power exchange, dynamics but whatever the reason I tend to enjoy, embrace and seek out differences/variances with those I'm with. I'm "Brown" myself, in Canada that's South Asian or Indian descent but I'm just born and raised culturally a West Coast, BCer, Canadian guy so there's not much in contrast other than physical attributes for me with most... but, when it comes to women from other places in the world, that adds another great dimension to connection for me..
