Let me get right to the point.
It's been a really long time (3 years) since I had any kind of human touch aside from brief hugs between friends and family.

Loneliness is really taking a toll on my mental health, as well as touch starvation.

I don't yet know if I'm ready, nor worthy of being anyone's boyfriend
(not because I have commitment issues, but because I have abandonment issues a.k.a. Anxious Attachment Style)

What I do know, is that I've never been happier than I was in my previous relationship (3 years ago), and that a large component of that relationship consisted of getting together with my partner to cuddle in bed, hold each-other, and to take turns giving each-other scalp massages while we watched TV Shows/Movies, or talking, or listening to music.

Yes, that cuddling often led to removing clothing and consummating the relationship, but that's not what I'm proposing we do.

I'm proposing that we get together, collaborate on deciding something to watch or listen to, cuddle (with our PJs on), and take turns giving each-other head scratches, and maybe back-rubs too, while we consume media.

I'm proposing that I limit my scope of touch to your scalp/hair, ears, neck, arms, hands, shoulders, and upper back. (feel free to exclude any of the aforementioned body-parts if there's one or more you do NOT wish for me to touch).

Disclaimer for honesty sake:
The largest age gap I have participated in is 9 years.
I don't know if I'd be comfortable cuddling/dating anyone younger than like... 25, but 21 is my hard-limit. I do not live alone. I have a male roommate who is roughly the same age as me.
He's going to be out on a motorcycle ride with one of his female coworkers today though, and even if he were home, he's a demi (aka a person that doesn't find people attractive until he really gets to know them and establishes a platonic friendship bond)... so you don't have to worry about him creepin, and hopefully, based on what I already proposed above, you get the fact that I understand the concept of clear consent, and how important it is.

We have a small Terrier Dog, she will bark at you upon entry, but she never bites, and she will stop barking as long as you greet her, by name, in a baby voice and pet her the moment we walk in the door.

The living room will not be tidy, as it's a partial workspace for my friend/roommate, and he's a bit disorganized, and as much as I'd love to tidy the space... I don't move/touch things that don't belong to me. It is Saturday, and so as soon as I hit submit on this, I will begin my routine of laundry/cleaning/dusting/vacuuming the two rooms I have full control over (the bathroom, and my bedroom). I'll also be showering, and shaving, and ordinarily I'd trim my nails... but I'll leave that decision up to you (because I know, at least in my experience, fingernails can enhance the scalp massage)

I get that this is short-notice, but I'm also not saying it has to happen today.

Caveats:
In keeping with the rules of this subreddit, and my own personal ethics, please don't respond to me if it would make a spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend jealous. I don't need that kind of drama, and I have had people lie to me about that before, so I'm not even open to a "don't ask, don't tell" scenario.

I'm also not interested in responses from anyone that's looking to make this/these meetups "transactional" (if you get my meaning, I want this cuddle meetup to be from the goodness of your heart).

If it makes you more comfortable, we could do this at your place (though I feel like I have a decent sound/video setup for it).

For the sake of both our safety and privacy, we should meet somewhere public beforehand (maybe a walk and talk around a local Mall, or someplace similar where there's people) so we can sus things out first.

If you need a ride, I have a car and can meet you someplace public that's within walking distance of your place of residence.

I'm 40, White, 5'10 160 lbs, I have blue eyes, (short) grey and brown hair, and I have a grey and brown goatee with stubble on the cheeks (which I can shave if requested).
