A lot of people, including myself, find it hard to believe, but I turned 70 in August. Single, never married and living in a rural / small town part of western NY not far from Lake Erie. I have a 3-bedroom house with a big yard. Looking for an attractive woman for a committed LTR relationship. I enjoy social times and do host an occasional picnic or party.
