I've tried long posts, I've tried short posts, but I don't think I've ever managed an adequate explanation of myself and my intentions here haha. I'm a classic case of the "former gifted kid" and a stereotype of the melancholic struggling artist. My work is extremely NSFW - I work from home as a freelance smut author and have recently branched into managing fan pages and social media for nude models. I'm not really looking for a NSFW conversation but it is fair to make you aware that porn and smut are both pretty large parts of my daily life - I don't want to waste the time of anyone who is uncomfortable with that.

Other than that, I guess I'd bill myself as someone with pretty severe social anxiety who enjoys gaming, cooking, learning new things, genre films, music (eclectic), my tiny little dog, and more! I strive to be patient, understanding, and kind with people and maintain very close and loving relationships with my dearest friends. I don't take most things too seriously and am someone who is easy to get along with at the surface level although I can be a little slow to open up beyond that with new people.

I guess what I'm looking for is... to meet someone really cool! Let's be friends, maybe even best friends! And if that leads to something more developing naturally over time I think that would be absolutely grand although I'm not posting with any expectations - I've never been one to view being friends as being "just" friends as if it was a lesser outcome between two people. I've never been the type to ask strangers out with the hope of a relationship - it is difficult for me to imagine wanting to date someone without being good friends first! I figure I'm somewhat "demi" in that respect, to be honest.
