So yes I’m the divorced dad next door. The one who has an amazing lawn. The one you have wanted to talk with but haven’t had a chance. The 6’5” 270 lb dark brown hair and beard with some graying. Well now you can have that chat. I am also a dad. Have a sophomore in HS. I have a Yorkie as well. I’m an excellent cook, I am a huge cinephile. Sometimes I draw or paint badly.
