I’m looking for a special kind of mutual obsession. Beyond frequent communication, I’m looking for love and desire. Beyond even that I am looking for someone to really share life with – and by that I mean sharing things back and forth: pictures, songs, things we create, random jokes or ideas, hypotheticals, etc. Someone to play games with, travel with, decide to go out to eat with and then decide nah with. I’m looking for someone who wants to be the center of my life and me theirs.

I am very kink friendly and rather than laying out a list, I’d rather have a conversation with anyone who may want to incorporate one or multiple things into a potential relationship. ‘Titles’ (words in general, really) mean different things to different people so I’d rather not alienate someone by including, excluding, or muddying a title unintentionally.

I think personal ads tend to do a poor job representing people, ‘older’ people in particular as it becomes increasingly difficult to encapsulate everything we are and have done/been through in a few words. Having just said that, I’m going to try it to a degree anyway so you, dear reader, have at least something to go on.

• Smoke, Drug, and Pet Free – but very animal friendly. Light/Social Drinker (fondness for German Pilsner or Belgian Tripels)
• Nerdy but there are no hills I would die upon in my fandom.
• Big into music (could talk music for a long time)
• Plays non-competitive games, donates to GDQ twice a year every year.
• Likes to sing (results may vary lol), make music, visual art, but especially write.
• Prefers individuals to crowds.
• Likes to keep things easy going when possible but is quick to volunteer when not possible.
• Generally quick to respond to messages.
• Likes voice calls
• Generally present, reciprocal, and available
• Generally patient, thoughtful, and compassionate.
• Deeply curious, loves learning, and an active listener.
• Has a high drive and an ability to be affectionate with words and actions.

I feel it must be said I do come with some dings and scratches, being a war vet. If you’re looking for a horror movie marathon buddy – I am not that person, my apologies. I enjoy living life as liquid as possible, impromptu inside jokes, hopping in the car and going places, transitioning from a look to clothes off with scarcely a word said, or putting down what I’m doing to take care of you when needs arise – be it just to confirm what you already know / are doing or to figure out a plan and help follow through.
