To start things off, I am a 31 year old Hispanic male living in Texas. I work as an engineer for a major refinery, so my time during the work day may be limited by the amount of work I have that day. Which means I’m not glued to my phone 24/7 and some patience in message delays will be expected.

I am looking for a LTR that would start with us in our respective residences and would involve you moving in if everything went well. Please read over the description to see if my proposal interests you.

I am basically looking for a partner who would be okay with doing some cooking, general housekeeping, and home decoration. Someone who would be expected to keep up their own appearance in terms of fitness, hair, nails, and how they present themselves. I am beginning to take better physical care of myself, so my nutritional needs would be easy to meet with simple meals like chicken and rice, and I am working to lose weight and be in much better physical health and appearance.

On this topic, I want to make it clear that I am currently on the larger side. To give an idea, I currently weigh 270 and my target goal is 175. I am working with my doctor, a nutritionist, and a trainer in order to reach this in a healthy way and avoid as much loose skin/medical issues as possible. If this isn’t something you can be around for or support, that’s fine. But please don’t make fun of my weight or mock my efforts to become a better version of me. I know how easily that can be done when a screen is in the way.

Ideally I would want a real connection with someone since I am expecting this to be a very long term thing. Someone who is willing to go above and beyond to please me, both emotionally and in a physical sense because I do expect a physical relationship. Ideally you would mold some of your appearance to my wants (hair color, nail upkeep, makeup look), and I would of course be financially responsible for whatever products or procedures are required for this, so long as you keep yourself fixed up. I mean this in terms of salon, nail, and gym fees. If you want a more surgical procedure, we can talk about it.

Children are not currently in my plan, and I am not really open to the idea of them. I would rather use my money on vacations and more material things. Call me vain, but I just am not comfortable being a father and don’t think I would be a good one.

Outside of those minor things like keeping my home decorated and some minor cooking, you would be free to do what you like. A part time job? Go for it as long as it doesn’t mean the house will be messy. Shopping? Take the AMEX and go get yourself something pretty for me to look at you in or get yourself a nice meal, you’ve earned it. Friends? Sure, I don’t expect you to simply sit at home all day. Just don’t give me a reason to think you’re more than friends. I give you my trust until you choose to break it. Hobbies? I can fund most things you would like to partake in. Vacations? Let’s plan them out in and out of the country. I won’t be taking your autonomy, I just expect you to be respectful of our arrangement. I like to think I work hard and just want someone waiting for me at home who is warm and cares for me. I don’t expect a maid or a surrogate mom, I am not a man-child who can’t look after himself, just a supportive partner who in turn gets pampered and receives my affection.

I want to be very clear, I am not a millionaire. I am simply an engineer who does well for himself. I am working on fixing all of my finances that a past relationship destroyed. I’m looking for someone who can enjoy my time and money with me. I can’t promise you a lavish lifestyle, but you’ll never have to work. I can buy you designer things as gifts, you can go shopping on the weekends, I’ll take you out to good restaurants, and we can take nice vacations. Ideally, we can have a good connection, but I figured an easy life for you would also be enticing.
