Let's talk about age. The younger the better. But not for the reasons you pervert redditor's think. I want to give someone a second chance at a life that the last few generations have been swindled out of. Home ownership, retirement, savings, a real American dream. When I'm gone you can sell my stuff and fulfill the dream you thought would always be out of your reach. Travel, find the love of your life, buy a property that YOU want. You will have the resources to do it. While younger is better, for you, (as you will have longer to enjoy your new life), younger is a quagmire for me as you will need to be extremely mature for your age in order to be compatible with me.

Man in his 60's with no health problems only expects to live 5 or 6 more years. Here it is. I have no intention, or desire, to live to the diaper wearing, drooling, whistling when I talk, lip smacking, old people smelling, stage of life. I have an end game....plan. When you become familiar with my past you will quickly realize that while I could never self-harm, I am perfectly capable of doing something so reckless, so dangerous, so fool-hearty, and yet, so endearing, that the likelihood of me surviving it is virtually zero. And if I beat the one in a million odds and survive it. I will do it again. Rinse and repeat until I succeed.

Let's cover a few more positives. Here's a lot of things you will no longer have to worry about if you throw in with me. A roof over your head, food, cooking, power, water, sewer, heat, high speed internet, trash pickup, PO & safe deposit Box fees, renters / house insurance, and feminine products, to name a few. You will be living in a 15,000 square foot building that is zoned for commercial, industrial, and residential usage. You can legally do practically anything you want here. Want to start a business. You can. Want to manufacture something here. You can. Want to grow something here. You can. Want to continue to live here when I'm gone. You can! You will be switching from living your life on hard mode to living your life into something you should be able to easily manage with no stress. ~This is not a sugar daddy situation~. This is more like a full ride scholarship. I will be providing you with all the tools you need to succeed, but you will still have to do the work to graduate.

Let's talk about race for a minute. All races are welcome. If you belong to a culture that embraces age gap relationships, that would be great, but not required.
