Adoration, devotion, obsession, addiction.
It starts so easily- I simply listen as you tell me everything about yourself. You tell me your darkest fantasies, the fears that turn you on, the experiences you never tell anyone, and I offer you soft encouragement and gentle understanding. Your twisted, depraved self is seen and accepted, and you can barely believe how wonderful it feels.
Adoration.
You begin to ask for controls to be taken away, for decisions to be made for you. You ask what to wear, what to eat, how to act. Every action takes my input into consideration, always hoping that you’re being pleasing.
Devotion.
Nothing really matters except for the time you spend talking to me. You spend your days waiting for your phone to buzz, and when it’s a message from me you feel alive. Even if it’s a cruel order, or a harsh insult, knowing you have my attention is all that matters.
Obsession.
I’m the first thing you think of in the morning and the last thing you think of before you fall into sleep. Your dreams are filled with me, with the ways I’ve manipulated and twisted your mind. You barely think anymore, just obeying and following your programming. You’ve never been happier. You ignore everything in your life except me.
Addiction.
