You would be my sexual real estate apprentice who learns everything about the business. You would immediately get to design properties. You will be trained to manage the purchasing of materials, the sub-contractors doing the work and organizing everything. Helping make sure things are going according to schedule. As long as you are doing what is needed you would be provided for. You would only be working 3-4 hours a day. You do not need to bring any money to thisā¦just follow the requirements above.
