Honestly? If you have an interest in trying to cheer up a golden retriever, can help fix just about everything but himself type somewhat older guy, I'd love it to death if you felt like trying even if it's just to be friendly or helpful for a short while or to satisfy a nurturing itch.
I have more info about specifics in a previous post on my profile, but I'm a very straightforward, well educated and insightful person to talk to who's been through plenty of trauma and is a lifelong entertainer and jack of all trades that now runs a small business and makes and sells art on the side.
Also, years of bartending has me as a pretty great therapist so I'm more than happy to help sort your shit out with you as well if you're ready to sort. Doesn't matter how bad you think it is, I'm here for you if you're here for me, just please be here for me now, I really need something to feel good about and to stop feeling isolated.
