As the title suggest, I am looking for advice or recommendations for half marathon specific training plans. I am graduating college this year and targeting a fast half at some point in the future. I looked a bit at a Jack Daniels book I had at home which only had a marathon training plan I believe and couldn't find other intense plans online. I understand they can be relatively similar sometimes and lots of people run halfs as tuneups for fulls during their training cycle but am looking for something more specific and intense for the half. Obviously, no one really knows when races will happen given COVID but still want a plan to loosely guide myself this summer.
Should be relevant or helpful, my training regime when I was training hard for XC this fall included long run, two workouts or one workout and a race per week with an average weekly mileage of 75.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
