I just notice that it's mostly masculine presenting lesbians who are touch me nots. I wonder if you've ever come across one that was either femme or more feminine leaning, and how was that experience?
Edit: from the responses it seems like when femmes are touch-me-nots it's a result of trauma, discomfort with their bodies and/or feelings of pressure to perform in a certain way. These aspects can also apply to touch-me-not mascs, but I more often see them relating it to their masculinity, not wanting to be feminized sexually, or it just being most comfortable and not due to traumatic reasons. Interesting!
So I suppose that's why touch-me-not masc exists as part of lesbian culture (since it seemingly has enough roots outside of trauma and discomfort to exist when said traumas are resolved) while touch-me-not femmes, not so much.
