Anyone else ever get hit by a massive wave of loneliness?

Maybe it’s just part of being human. But the last few days have been so great. Then this evening for whatever reason boom, it feels like my mood went from so great to so low. I guess the only feeling I’m having is just loneliness.
I went for a walk Still feeling down for no reason.
Does this happen to anybody else and how do you get out of it?
