Desis in Atlanta

Just trying to connect with desi folks in the Greater Atlanta area.
Moving there from NYC this weekend.
Things I am concerned about:
- Where to live!? ( planning for a studio/1-bed)
- How to plan commute to Hapeville from the place in question in 1.
- What should be my ideal budget for rental apartments
