I don't want to go into too much detail (this is the internet, whatever I say can and will be used against me), but here goes.
I've been building a plot for about 6 months now for a series of novels that centers around 8 Indian-Americans turned spies. They face many trials and tribulations, some based on Hinduism, others on more recent Indian/South Asian history. Over time, they develop a dynamic similar to a very small army division, then they become real friends. I would describe it as somewhat similar to Harry Potter, but I'm doing away with the prophecy aspects because no one's more or less special than anyone else; it is what we decide to do that matters.
Does anyone find this interesting?
