Did anybody else see that post on the texts subreddit where a brown girl shared the messages some creepy white guy sent her? He saw her name on her necklace and stalked her for days, even finding out her phone number through it, and wrote a r*pe fantasy to her.
In the comments, no one mentioned the racial fetishization going on there even tho the man wrote paragraphs describing her skin tone, hair color, body, etc. why isn't the fetishization of brown women taken as seriously in our society as it is for women of other races? Even though so many of us have had similar experiences, and there's an entire subreddit dedicated to fetishizing brown women??
When tourists get attacked in India, all brown dudes are stereotyped as creeps but despite making up the majority of sexpats, child predators, etc worldwide, and their history of colonial s*xual violence, white dudes never get stereotyped the same way...why??

This! I read a mystery written by a Singaporean writer who makes fun of a white male character for being a sex starved pervert. Of course this stereotype does not exist in America or internet.
Did that brown girl file charges of threatening and harassment? She should get a restraining order.
If I were her, I'd play that guy and get his personal info. If police do nothing here's what I'd do instead.
Use my connections to find a couple of gundas aka hells angels guys and then arrange a fake date with that pervert only for him to show up and have hells angels threaten him and they'll have his information. If that pervert tries anything else, he'll get beaten up.
Of course I'd have to be careful how I word things because I don't want it to appear that I consented to anything. I'd say something like, "Hey let's meet up. I'm not promising you anything but meet me at... in....."
Maybe that's what it takes for these guys to get a clue.
