Not necessarily accent but I find some people too soft spoken and speak too quietly. That's why.

Otherwise accents are ok. I understand what they're saying from context. Unless their English is full of grammatically errors then it's no issue.

Desis are easier to understand than a northern English accent. Or a thick southern dialect. Stronv New York accents from some ppl are way worse sometimes.
