Hey friends, my first time here and glad to see its alive and well in these parts.
So I'm running 5 3 1 Boring but big, idk how many different versions there are but my one consists of 3 excersizes per day.
2 big compounds and then either extra pull work or abs work depend if its an upper body day or lower body day.
So I feel like my arms are small but the rest of me is big I want my arms to be more proportionate. I'm just wondering how I can add in some arm work whilst making sure I'm not doing too much, I have had recovery issues in the past when I train too much so I want to be smart and careful about it.
