Im really overwhelmed with all the information and jargon was hoping to get some clarity.

Im trying to run a 531 so i dont burn myself out. My current goal is cutting lean and hanging onto my strength. After i hit my weight goal my primary focus is strength.

I have a 531 calculator so i understand that, but i dont understand how u build onto that?
