Lower back feels sore with some pain (not sharp maybe a dull pain) when squatting. Any advice?

I see everything mentioned above ππ»is good info. Properly bracing your core is critical, and maintaining that neutral spine will help prevent that. Try some slow tempo squats at less than 50%. Like 4x6 with 4 count down into the squat, pause at the bottom and controlled movement out of the squat. BB good Mornings are beneficial as well. I see you have lifters on, howβs yo ur ankle mobility? Stiff Solius and gastroc muscles? Stretch them out too!
