Any advice on which 5 3 1 program i should run?

My goal is to increase my strength and muscle mass. Bw 87kg Bench 105kg 1rm Ohp 70kg 1rm Deadlift 190kg 1rm Squat 160ish 1rm

Some background: i just finished running Bulgarian light for around 3 months and made very little progress and probably put on fat, i think the constant going till failure led to overtraining and that why i wasnt making progress. I liked 5 3 1 because i thought it could help me be disciplined and not end up overtraining or under resting. But am now not really sure what i should run, is 5 3 1 even the best option for me?

I have plenty of time to train as much as i want.

I looked at triumvirate but most people say that it has low volume and is probably not the best idea.
