The program suggests that we add 5 pounds on military press and bench press, and 10 pounds on deadlift and squat.

However, on the 1 week, if we calculate a max that is significantly higher than 4 weeks ago, would it make sense to increase the lifts more than 5 pounds if your strength does actually shoot up.
