Dr. said if I get root canal I have to wait 3 months until I can get mastectomy- dentist said waiting period will be shorter if I do extraction bc it gets rid of infection sooner. True?

GoFundMe for friend in prison since '02 serving life without parole. New DNA evidence came out so we want a re-trial, but it'd a minimum of $20k down payment which we don't have; he of course makes less than $1 hour... if you have any questions he and/or I am happy to take them!
