Front brake issues

So my front brake is slowly freezing like over days, why? I bleed my brakes, brand new carbon fiber lines and its been sitting. When I bleed the top there was a big booger that shot out and I thought that fixed it but then days later same thing. I really don't want to take calibers apart to clean and restore but is this my last option?
