Since it’s the season of Christmas markets, an idea just occurred to me: would anyone on this sub be interested in participating in a thing where you sign up to be randomly* matched with another participant in Zürich you could have a friendly walk / drink / even a meal with?

*: I suppose people could also optionally specify preferences, like similar age range, gender, and so on. And can say how strict their preference is. Would this be much better?

I would be interested in organising this, if there’s sufficient interest. Concretely I would make a form, people could sign up with an email (ideally a burner, for your privacy), and after the random match I’ll email each pair and you can make arrangements between yourselves. You can remain as anonymous as you want.

If this is a terrible idea I apologise 😅 Also if anyone knows a more high tech solution…
