During a zombie apocalypse in TV/movies it drives me crazy that the characters aren't keen to their senses regarding the sounds of the 'walkers.' Perhaps they haven't adapted yet?
Post Body

This goes until speculative science, right? Women (yes, and men too... maybe) have a increased sense or awareness when it comes to their baby- The slightest whimper can wake a mother. Not even their own baby. I've experienced it. During a zombie apocalypse in tv and film it drives me crazy that the characters aren't keen to their senses regarding the sounds of the 'walkers.' Or they are naive? I would assume not. Or it's a movie/tv show and if they had heightened awareness then well, that takes all of the fun out of it? Probably. Catching up on Walking Dead and I am at a moment of frustration with what is about to occur.
