Hey all need advice ab my side effects(i think)

I’m taking Zoloft for panic attacks and I keep getting weird numb tingles on my head and today I’m really tripping ab a stroke lol I had 2 CT scans done in the past month so ibm pretty sure it’s not that! Just need some reassurance ig bc I feel out of it rn and wanna goto the hospital but im trying really hard to stop doing that
