Hi everyone,
Apologies if this seems like a silly question to ask but: how do you guys find the time to experiment for 6-8 weeks of Zoloft (including two weeks of nausea at the start??) and still live your life?
I’m a final-year college student. I want to start taking sertraline as soon as possible, but I don’t want to start right now as it’ll make the Christmas period pretty unbearable. Therefore I want to start in January, but my finals are in late March, and some people say it could take 6-12 weeks for things to start getting better with Zoloft. How could I attend class when I feel nauseous and have diarrhoea and insomnia??
I’m also worried about upsetting/distancing myself from my partner (we’re semi-long distance, a few hours away) whilst they’re doing finals too. I’m so scared that they’ll come visit me each week and I’ll just be feeling tired, more anxious, and sick for so many weeks.
Equally, the thought of waiting another three months to start taking it feels unbearable.
How do you guys balance bringing sertraline into your life with living it??
