How do you figure out when to get off the medication?
Post Body

I understand that “if they’re not helping with your anxiety anymore” then it might be time to switch or get off or “once your depression goes away”.

But after getting on 100mg I’ve been experiencing more emotional numbness and fatigue, so 75 was probably my best dose because I did so much better on that dose.

Anyway knowing that antidepressants are training wheels to help you get back to yourself, I kind of miss being off of them to being my “truer self”. Sure I had terrible anxiety, intrusive thoughts and panic, but it’s not only mental but a physical thing so. Yeah I’m just overthinking again, I want to feel like I’m making choices for myself without a buffer preventing me from being there 100%.
