Question about dose increase

Hi all. Was curious. Been on 50mg for multiple years. Worked great. But with everything going on been feeling pretty anxious/ocd this year. I recently upped my dose to 100mg. Been on the dose increase about 28 days so far. Feeling some of the worst anxiety I've felt in a while along with ocd hitting high. Hence why I'm here. I was just curious if anyone has any insight on if its the meds adjusting still or its just not working anymore. Thanks
