Starting back on Sertraline/Zoloft - stomach issue advice?

I've just been put back onto Sertraline/Zoloft after having been off it for about 5 years. Previously when I was on them I had horrendous digestive issues that came with it.
Does anyone have advice on dealing with those side effects? I took myself off them previously because I couldn't deal with them, and I'd prefer to get through properly this time
