Hey posting again! Should I be getting side effects again during my third week?

So the first week and half was pretty rough with side effects such as insomnia, night sweats, increased anxiety/sweating. The next week or so was really good, felt pretty good with the occasional anxiety but doing better, and now the last two or so days I feel like all those beginning symptoms are coming back. I have an appointment on Feb 2 but Iām just curious is this normal for some people?
