Zoloft for binge eating

My doctor prescribed me Zoloft for binge eating and it has worked pretty well for it so far. The problem is 25 and 50 mg makes it impossible for me to orgasm from sex with my gf and it’s really frustrating. So I cut the 25’mg in half and made it essentially 12.5 mg which has fixed my sexual dysfunction problem but isn’t as affective with the binging problem
